How to use this site

How do I place an order?

You can add items to your order by typing in the quantity you'd like to order and then clicking "Add to order".

Once all of the items you want are added, complete your order by clicking "Place order".


Do I have to order whole cases?

No, you can order as many or as few as you need. The case quantity is displayed for reference purposes only.


Do you take payments on the website?

No, all payments are processed based on our customers' trade agreements and account terms. The website is purely a system for placing orders. Once we receive orders from the website, they are processed in the same way as orders that have been placed over the phone.


An item is shown as "In Stock" but I haven't received it. Why not?

The stock levels shown on all our products are displayed as a rough guide only and are constantly subject to change. Products that have recently sold out may still be temporarily displayed as "In Stock" on the website. These items will be added to your back order and will be processed once the items come back into stock.
