Can I order an item that isn't in stock?

Yes, any item that isn't in stock can be added to your back order. Once the item arrives into stock, your order will be processed and your back-ordered items will be dispatched to you.

How can I pre-order an item?

We usually announce new products several weeks before they are due to arrive in our warehouse. These products can be added to your back order and then the order will be processed one the item is in stock. You can pre-order items by emailing us or calling us on +44 (0)1903 875975.

All pre-orders are processed in the order they are received.

Once the new items arrive in stock, they will be sent out as they are processed. Depending on the volume of pre-orders we receive, this may take a few days from when the order has arrived to our warehouse.

Can I pre-order an item online?

Yes, all items can be ordered online. Any items that are out of stock (including new items) will be added to your back order.
